My Minestrone soup was a flop! *Sigh* Well, you can’t win ’em all. I will have to try again with this other recipe I found.
We went to the Tampa Int Mall on Sunday. We just needed to get OUT, ya know? Browse the miles of stores and let the kids run around in the cool play area. I think it has been a while since I have been to the mall with the kids. I remember a stroller being involved the last time. I was curious how they would behave wandering around with us. They were so good. They continue to learn to keep their hands to themselves! We shopped with promises of the play area at the end of our journey and they held out, thank God. Jason picked up a cute shirt for Nora and a neat pair of shorts for Noah. Children’s Place! Big sale!
I thoroughly enjoy Forever 21 for super cheap solid shirts and cami’s. $2.50 for a cami, ya’ll! Wicked cheap. Anyway. It’s fun to shop with Jason because he’ll say things like, “that is definitely you”, when it (whatever it is) definitely is “me”. The thing is that most of these things are a bit, um, loud. It is neat to see how people view you by what they think is considered your style.
We also went into American Eagle, Jason’s favorite store. It is definitely more of a guy’s place, much like Kohl’s. For girls they have jeans in sizes 0, 2, 4, 6, 8… I am in between sizes. It is frustrating because they do have really cute jeans, but neither size fits me! Notice how I am not telling you what size the range is. Ha!
Anyway, we had a good day traipsing around the mall. our special treat was ice cream as the kids played! Yum!
Sidenote* Tomorrow is day 21 and Patrick will officially be in default and I should have a court date soon.
